Using Telvak

How do I add an asset?

Open Assets, tap +, take or choose a photo, choose category, and enter a name. Use Quick Scan to auto-fill model/serial when possible.

Why are reminders missing?

Reminder quality improves when install date, category, and expected lifespan are set. Review those fields first.

How do I export a report?

Open Settings, then go to Data & Export and tap Generate Home PDF. Share through the iOS sheet to Files, Mail, Messages, or print.

Cloud Sync

How do I enable sync?

In Settings, choose a Cloud Sync plan and complete purchase through Apple. Cloud sync activates automatically and local changes begin syncing.

What home plans are available?

Cloud tiers currently support 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 homes with included storage per plan (10 GB to 250 GB).

What if I switch phones?

Install Telvak and use Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID. Your cloud subscription reactivates and your synced data restores.

What if I cancel cloud sync?

Sync pauses. Local records remain on your device and continue to function offline. Cloud file data is retained for up to 30 days after subscription end, then purged.
