Cancellation policy
If cloud sync ends, syncing pauses. Your local records are not deleted and remain fully usable on-device. Cloud file objects are retained for up to 30 days after subscription end, then purged.
Common pricing questions
Do I need an account for the free plan?
No. The free experience works without sign-in. Cloud plans are activated through your Apple subscription.
Can I switch between home tiers later?
Yes. You can upgrade to higher home-count tiers as your needs grow.
Are storage add-ons available?
Not at this time. Storage is included per plan tier.
Can I restore my cloud subscription?
Yes. Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings on any device using the same Apple ID.
